Each month, our winemaker handpicks a distinct wine, and our culinary team crafts a recipe to perfectly complement it, considering seasonality, holidays, and weather. These recipe cards include insights from our winemaker and details about the pairing, helping you plan the perfect occasion—whether it's a family gathering, intimate dinner, or cozy home-cooked meal
Encore Monthly members enjoy 10% off bottles and the flexibility to skip a month, pause for a few, or cancel at any time with 30 days' notice—all for an average of $36 per month!
